What we collect, and why.

Foley Media, LLC is an Ohio limited liability company. Our mailing address is 5754 Lake Forest Way, Westerville, Ohio 43082. We are the party responsible for the information described on this page.

Information you give us. When you submit the Get AI Ready form, we receive what you type: your name, company, role, company revenue range, what you are inquiring about, the report you describe, what you are trying to fix, how you heard about us, your email address, and, if you choose to provide it, your phone number. If you email us, we receive your message and address. If you book time with us or sign an engagement, we receive what is needed to do that work.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. We use these to keep the site running and to understand aggregate traffic. We do not currently run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site. If we add analytics or a tracking script later, we will update this page to say so before it goes live.

Information we do not collect. We do not ask for payment details on this site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; this site is for businesses and the people who run them.

To respond to you. Everything on the form exists so we can reply to your request within two business days and prepare for the conversation you asked for.

To run the engagement. If you become a client, we use your contact and business information to deliver the work, invoice for it, and communicate about it.

To stay in touch. If you asked us about our work, we may follow up about that request and, occasionally, about things we think are relevant to you. Every such email includes a way to stop receiving them, and one reply asking us to stop is enough.

To keep the site working. Server logs are used for security, uptime, and fixing problems.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade lists. We do not use your information to train AI models.

We use a small number of service providers to operate the site and the business, and they process information only to provide their service to us:

Vercel hosts the site and handles the form relay, so it sees form submissions in transit and keeps the server logs described above.

GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) is our customer relationship system. Form submissions land there, along with the notes and correspondence of any engagement.

Google Workspace handles our email, calendar, and documents.

Beyond these, we share information only when the law requires it, when it is needed to protect someone's safety or our legal rights, or when you ask us to.

Form submissions and correspondence are kept for as long as we might reasonably reply to you or work together, and then for the period our records require, typically no longer than seven years after our last contact. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short rolling window. You can shorten any of this by asking us to delete your information, described below.

Ask what we have. Email info@foleymc.com and we will tell you what information we hold about you.

Ask us to correct it. If something is wrong, we will fix it.

Ask us to delete it. We will delete your information unless we are required to keep it, for example for an invoice, and we will tell you if that is the case.

Stop emails. Reply to any email from us and say so, or use the link included in it.

We answer these requests ourselves, usually within a few business days, and we do not need a form or an account for you to make them. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants specific privacy rights, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or a U.S. state with a consumer privacy law, those rights apply and the address above is where to exercise them.

Information sent through this site travels over encrypted connections. Access to our systems is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if we learn of a breach affecting your information.

This site links to Amazon, podcast platforms, and LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are their own, and this page does not cover them.

When this page changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
