A system is only an asset if it keeps running. After the build, every client picks one of three levels. Most start in the middle and move in whichever direction their team's competence takes them.
The three levels

The platform instance, its data, its workflows, and its dashboards remain your property under every option. Managed means we operate it. It does not mean we own it.
How clients move between levels
Co-Managed is where most engagements land after a build. From there, some clients ask us to take more, and move to Fully Managed. Others take more themselves, and move to Maintained. Both directions are normal, and both are decided at the quarterly review, not by contract.
