Assess (90 days)
We start with your org chart and your existing reports, dashboards, and templates. Then we interview leadership and functional leads one on one, virtually, with questions tailored to each role. Every interview is a live screen-share, so your team is learning how AI applies to their own workflow while we learn how your business produces work. Findings are synthesized against your actual data structure. The output is a prioritized roadmap sequenced into quick wins and strategic builds, with platform and licensing recommendations, presented to your leadership team. Two quick wins are delivered inside the 90 days.

Build
The roadmap names the builds. We deliver them on one standardized foundation, adding custom modules only where your business genuinely needs something the foundation does not do. That is why builds are fast, why they do not turn into permanent IT projects, and why you own the result. Every build is scoped and priced as a base plus named add-ons. No re-estimating from scratch.

Manage
Once the system is live, you choose how involved we stay: fully managed, co-managed, or maintained. Most clients start co-managed and move in whichever direction their team's competence takes them.
And sometimes, we join the team.
